Suggested Service Schedules

Anglemaster

Daily:

	Clean carriage rails (remove oil)
	Clean carriage rails (after grinding) with WD40 or equivalent
	Leave a protective film of lubricant on rails
	Dress grindstone (this may be necessary more than once a day)
	Check coolant level in reservoir tank

Weekly:

	Remove and clean out coolant tray
	Flush coolant catcher/deflector (under grindstone)
	Clean traverse chain (brush off any grinding debris)

Monthly:

	Remove grindstone, and coolant catcher/deflector (under grindstone) and clean
	Remove coolant settlement tray from tank and clean
	Check around the circumference of carriage bearings for debris build up

6 Monthly:

	Lubricate traverse chain
	Remove motor cover and lightly lubricate motor infeed vee slides with light oil
	Lubricate motor feed screw with light oil

12 Monthly:

	Remove end covers to reveal mounting bar slide blocks
	Check setting of bearings beneath blocks
	Lubricate parallel adjustment feed screws
